Participate in a Language Research Study Help us learn how people
understand language! (July 2011)
The purpose of this research study is to learn more about how certain
kinds of words and sentences are understood. Participants will read text
and respond to simple questions. The process is entirely noninvasive.
Participants will receive monetary compensation for participation ($ 10/hr).
Adults over 18 who are native speakers of Arabic are eligible.
This study is being conducted by Dr. Philip Resnik and Yakov Kronrod of
the University of Maryland Department of Linguistics and Institute for
Advanced Computer Studies.
